In the context of the spiritual practice of Gayatri, there has been continuous creation of books according to hundreds to date. The present book is also an attempt by the author to give information easily for spiritual practice. Its success and failure will be decided by its inscribed reflection on the public mind.

In reality, the word "Sadhana" speaks to us a lot. It is only necessary to understand it. By which the Sadhya (Param Bhakti) is to be attained, that method is called Sadhna, depending on the path of sadhana. gets released and in the whirlpool of a delusion, the ostentatious fall into the well of rituals to explain themselves. Due to this, the efforts of the whole sadhana become like wandering the path of the passer-by in vain.

'Sadhana' is a step towards consciousness or ascending. Sadhana is a footpath, that is, the path of union and realization of the Supreme Power. Sadhana is awareness, the spiritual practice of awakening the soul is a path of self-realization. Sadhana is the eye of transcendental knowledge – right vision, spiritual attainment.

'Gayatri Mantra' This is also a spiritual practice for Kundalini awakening, samadhi. Which is proclaimed by all our ancient religious literature, from Vedas to Puranas with one mouth. The strongest proof of this is the Gayatri Mantra which

Especially in our revered scriptures, the law of Sandhya has been essentially elaborated. Along with all the sections of the society, there is a law of Trikal Sandhya i.e. worship of God for the Brahmin varna. The fulfillment of this law which a brahmin cannot or does not do is not a brahmin, such a declaration has been made in all our scriptures, from Manu Smriti to Puranas.

गायत्री की अन्तश्चेतना साधना के सन्दर्भ में आज तक सैकड़ों के हिसाब से निरन्तर ग्रन्थ रचना होती रही है। प्रस्तुत किताब भी लेखक का साधना हेतु सुगमतापूर्वक जानकारी देने का एक प्रयास है। इसकी सफलता असफलता का निर्णय जन मानस पर इसके अंकित प्रतिबिम्ब से हो जायेगा ।

वास्तविकता में “साधना" यह शब्द ही हमें बहुत कुछ उद्बोधित करता है । केवल इसका बोध होना ही आवश्यक है। जिससे साध्य (परमभक्ति ) को साधा ( प्राप्त किया) जाये वह पद्धति मार्ग अवलम्बन साधना कही जाती है। आजकल साधकों से अनमने से साध्य छूट जाता है और एक मायाजाल के भंवर में आडम्बरी अपने आपको ही समझाने हेतु कर्मकाण्ड के कूप में गिर जाते हैं। जिससे पूरी की पूरी साधना के प्रयास निष्फल राहगीर की राह भटकने जैसे हो जाते हैं

'साधना' यह एक सोपान है चेतना की ओर उन्मुख होना या ऊर्ध्वारोहण का । साधना एक पगडण्डी है यानी परम शक्ति के मिलन और अनुभूतियों का मार्ग । साधना एक जागरुकता है आत्मा के जागरण की साधना एक मार्ग है आत्मबोध का । साधना एक चक्षु है दिव्यज्ञान- सम्यक दृष्टि का, आध्यात्मिक उपलब्धता का ।

'गायत्री मन्त्र' यह भो आत्मिक - कुण्डलिनी जाग्रति, समाधि हेतु एक साधना मन्त्र है | जिसका उद्घोष हमारे पुरातन सभी धर्म साहित्य, वेदों से लेकर पुराणों तक एक मुख से करते हैं । इसका सबसे प्रबल प्रमाण गायत्री मन्त्र ही है जो 

राजर्षि विश्वामित्र की अन्तश्चेतना से त्रिगुणातीत शक्ति से प्रादुर्भूत है । हिन्दु धर्म ग्रन्थों में गायत्री की त्रिगुणातीत उपासना अनिवार्य रूप से समाज को दी । विशेषतः हमारे पूजनीय धर्मशास्त्रों में सन्ध्या का विधान अनिवार्य रूप से विशद किया गया है। समाज के सभी वर्गों के साथ-साथ ब्राह्मण वर्ण को तो त्रिकाल सन्ध्या अर्थात् ईश्वरोपासना का विधान है । इस विधान की पूर्णता जो ब्राह्मण नहीं कर पाता या नहीं करता, वह ब्राह्मण नहीं है, ऐसी भी घोषणा हमारे शास्त्र मनु स्मृति से पुराणों तक सभी में की गई है ।
