भोजपुरी की व्युत्पत्ति और प्राचीनता

शाहाबाद जिले में बक्सर सब डिवीजन में भोजपुर नाम का एक बड़ा परगना है। परगने के भोजपुर नाम होने ही व्युत्पत्ति डुमराँव राजधानी से दो तीन मील उत्तर गंगा के निकट 'नवका भोजपुर, और 'पुरनका भोजपुर' नामक दो छोटे गाँवों से होती है। इसी भोजपुर परगने और इसके आस-पास में बोली जाने वाली भाषा का नाम भोजपुरी है जो आज बहुत दूर दूर के जिलों तक में बोली जाती है ।

सन् १७८१ ई० में भोजपुर जिला भी था । जिला ही तक नहीं सदूर

' इस बोली का नाम भोजपुरी प्राचीन भोजपुर नामक नगर से लिया गया है । यह नगर शाहाबाद जिले में गंगा के दक्षिण कुछ मील पर ही बसा था जिसकी दूरी पटना से ६० मील थी । श्राज दिन तो यह छोटा सा गाँव है किन्तु किसी समय में शक्ति शाली राजपूतों की राजधानी था। जिनके अगुश्रा इस समय डुमरांव के महाराज हैं और जो सन् १८५७ के क्रान्ति के नेता कुँधरसिंह के अनुगामी हैं। 'सहरुल श्राखतरीन' के पढ़ने वाले जानते हैं कि औरंगज़ेब के सूबेदारों को भी भोजपूर के राजाओं को दबाने का प्रयत्न करना पड़ा था किन्तु तिस पर भी ये नहीं दबे । ॥ भोजपुरी के क्षेत्र में प्राचीन हिन्दूधर्म की भावना श्राज भी बड़ी प्रबल है और हिन्दू जन संख्या के सामने मुसलमानों की संख्या बहुत ही कम है। राजपूतों के साथ ब्राह्मणों और कहीं कहीं भूमिहारों की सत्ता ही प्रबल है ॥

भूपण शिवाजी की युद्ध यात्रा का वर्णन करते हैं शिवाजी बड़े ही उत्साह से अपनी चतुरंगिणी ( हाथी, घोड़े, रथ और पैदल युक्त ) सेना तैयार करके घोड़े पर सवार हो युद्ध में विजय प्राप्त करने जा हैं। बेहद नगाड़ों का शब्द हो रहा है। मतवाले हाथियों के मस्तक से मद वह कर नदी नद में मिल रहा है, अर्थात् मढ की नदी बह रही है। फ़ौल के कोलाहल से संसार में गली गला हलचल मच रही है। फ़ौज की धूम के मारे इतनी धूल आकाश में छा रही है कि सूर्य धूल से ढक जाने के कारण एक छोटे तारे के समान मालूम होता है, और जिस प्रकार थाली में पारा हिलता है, उसी प्रकार शिवाजी की सेना के भार से समुद्र हिल रहा है।

These stories are not new in the sense that so many new manuscripts have been found. How was that? There is so much demand for stories, even an ordinary well-known writer does not have a story left, it is another matter of Premchand.

These stories are new in the sense that for the first time they are coming before the Hindi readers. The sutras are indicated at the end of each story and as you will see, most of these stories we got from Munshiji's Urdu story-collections and old magazines and some were buried in old Hindi magazines. Why these stories did not come from Urdu to Hindi or why they are also in Hindi, why they were not compiled - I cannot say. It is only conceivable that how careless Munshiji was in the matter of handling things, he would not have received these stories in time, he would not have kept the cuttings, the file would have been moved around, some stories might have been omitted from attention. Whatever the case may be, these stories were missed. I am really happy to present this new treasure trove of missing stories, this secret wealth, to you - that the hard work paid off, a kind of work was done. Four stories from 'Soje Watan', which have not appeared anywhere else before, have also been included in this book. In this way, the total number of Premchand's stories about these stories goes from 210 to 266. I estimate that there should be forty-three more stories to be found. Old files of Urdu-Hindi magazines - and files of Urdu magazines even more than Hindi - are not easily found. Often found fragmented. Less well known and weekly-fortnightly papers are often not found. 'गुप्तधन' के दो खण्डों में प्रेमचंद की छप्पन नयी कहानियाँ दी जा रही हैं। ये कहानियाँ इस अर्थ में नयी नहीं हैं कि इतनी नयी पाण्डुलिपियाँ मिली हैं। वह कैसे होता ? कहानियों की जिस क़दर माँग रहती है, साधारण जाने-माने लेखक के पास भी कहानी नहीं बचती, प्रेमचंद की तो बात ही और है।

ये कहानियाँ नयी इस अर्थ में हैं कि हिन्दी पाठकों के सामने पहली बार संकलित होकर आ रही हैं। हर कहानी के अंत में सूत्र का संकेत दिया हुआ है और जैसा कि आप देखेंगे, इनमें से अधिकांश कहानियाँ हमको मुंशीजी के उर्दू कहानी-संग्रहों और पुरानी पत्रिकाओं से मिली हैं और कुछ हैं जो हिन्दी की पुरानी पत्रिकाओं में दबी पड़ी थीं। क्यों ये कहानियाँ उर्दू से हिन्दी में नहीं आयीं या जो हिन्दी में हैं भी, क्यों उन्हें संकलित नहीं किया गया- यह मैं नहीं कह सकता। यही अनुमान होता है कि मुंशीजी चीजों के रख-रखाव के मामले में जिस क़दर लापरवाह थे, समय पर उनको ये कहानियों न मिली होंगी, कटिंग न रखो होगी, फ़ाइल इधर-उधर हो गयी होगी, शायद कुछ कहानियाँ ध्यान से भी उतर गयी हों, जो भी बात रही हो, ये कहानियाँ छूट गयीं। गुमशुदा कहानियों का यह नया खजाना, यह गुप्त धन, आपके सामने रखते हुए मुझे वास्तव में बड़ा हर्ष हो रहा है - यही कि मेहनत ठिकाने लगी, एक ढंग का काम हुआ। 'सोजे वतन' की चार कहानियाँ भी, जो पहले और कहीं नहीं छपीं, इस किताब में शामिल कर ली गयी हैं। इस तरह इन कहानियों को लेकर प्रेमचंद की कुल कहानियों की संख्या २१० से २६६ हो जाती है। मेरा अनुमान है कि अभी तोस-चालीस कहानियाँ और मिलनी चाहिए। उर्दू-हिन्दी पत्र-पत्रिकाओं की पुरानी फ़ाइलें - और हिन्दी से भी ज्यादा उर्दू पत्र-पत्रिकाओं की फ़ाइलें - आसानी से नहीं मिलतीं। अकसर खण्डित मिलती हैं। कम जाने-माने और साप्ताहिक-पाक्षिक पत्रों की तो प्रायः नहीं मिलतीं। उदाहरण के लिए गणेश शंकर विद्यार्थी के 'प्रताप' की फ़ाइल का न मिलना बड़े हो कष्ट की बात है। Gupt Dhan, गुप्त धन PDF Free download, गुप्त धन PDF किताब, गुप्त धन PDF, गुप्त धन बुक फ्री डाउनलोड, Gupt Dhan PDF Download Free.

यह उसकी पराजय थी या इस संसार के प्रसन्तुलन, श्रव्यवस्था को दुस्साध्य मानकर किसी काल्पनिक संसार में पलायन की स्वीकृति ? यह वर्तमान के चैलेंज से कतरा जाना था या शक्ति-सामर्थ्य का दाम्भिक प्रदर्शन मात्र ? -- इस विषय में पुराण कार के अपने तर्क हैं; लेकिन में इस यूटोपिया-लेखन की दिशा में एक साहित्य प्रयोग या प्रतीक मानता हूँ हो सकता है, यह स्वर्ग के प्रचलित यूटोपिया की प्रतिक्रिया हो हो !

कला-सर्जना, कलाकार की मानस प्रक्रिया से ढलकर रूप लेती, इस संसार के समानान्तर स्वतन्त्र सृष्टि ही तो हे स्वतन्त्र सृष्टि, अर्थात् निर्माण और संघटन के अपने नियमों, परम्पराओं से प्रेरित परिचालित कलाकार इसके लिए मिट्टी भले ही इस वस्तु संसार से लेता हो; रूप उसका वह अपने ही स्वप्नों, स्मृतियों, आवश्यकताओं, दवावों, कुण्ठाओं और दृष्टियों के अनुरूप देता है अपने 'उत्त' जगत् का वह नियानया है, ब्रह्मा है और 'इस' जगत् में वहाँ के राजदूत की हैसियत से ही रहता है। कला-जगत् के निर्माण कार्य, कलाकार व्य के 'उस जटिल, संश्लिष्ट और प्रायः अविदलेप्य' के हाथों होता है जो सप्टा है उस रचनात्मक तनाव के क्षणों में होता है जब प्रतिभा को तीन •वेवक दृष्टि वस्तुओं को आर-पार देखने लगती है. उनकी मूल प्रकृति को छू लेती है ● र कलाकार अपने सारे संस्कारों और प्रभावको प्रकृति और वस्तुका एक नया पक्ष, एक अनदेखा कोण, एक अपरिचित रूप सामने रख देता है !
