Kautilya also behaved in these wordy meanings, but Dr. Sham Shastri has put forward the compound meaning of goods and made it old or hereditary meaning. Similarly, in Mrity Bhaniya, he has changed the meaning of the organ case to the protector rather than the Gopal meaning of Pal. There are thousands of definitional words like decay, expenditure, asar, spread, slaughter, session, parigha, chakrachar, nightcharan, udkacharan, nature parking etc., due to which it has become difficult to interpret the text.

कौटिल्य अर्थशास्त्र इतना कठिन ग्रंथ है और उसमें इतने अधिक प्रचलित पारिभाषिक शब्द है कि इसके भाषान्तर भूल तो अपवाद न होकर नियम बनगई है। मोती लाल बनारसी हास ने आवश्यकता को देखकर इसके हिन्दी भाषान्तर के लिये उद्योग किया। कुछ समय हुआ कि उन्होंने इस काम को हाथम जने के लिये लिखा। मैं कई वर्षों से इस ग्रंथ का अध्ययन कर रहा या और इसके पारिभाषिक शब्दों को चुनकर एक कोश तैय्यार कर रहा था। कोश में इस समय तक चार हजार पांच हजार शब्द चुने जा चुके हैं। हिन्दी भाषान्तर में इस कोश के सहारे मैं कई भूलों से बच गया जिनले डाक्टर शाम शास्त्री स्थान स्थान पर फैल गये । स्वरूप मोल तथा पाल शब्द ही लीजिये। स्मृतियों में मौल तथा पाल शब्द प्रवासी केदार तथा गोपाल के लिये या है। कौटिल्य ने भी इन शब्देसी अर्थ में व्यवहार किया परंतु डाक्टर शाम शास्त्री ने माल का यौगिक अर्थ सामने रख पुराना या वंशागत अर्थ कर दिया है। इसी प्रकार मृत्य भरणीय में उन्होंने पाल का गोपाल अर्थ न कर अंग प्रकरण रक्षक अर्थ कर दिया है। क्षय, व्यय, आसार, प्रसार, वीवध, सत्र, परिघ, चक्रचर, रात्रिचरण, उदकचरण, प्रकृति पार्किंग आदि हजारों पारिभाषिक शब्द हैं जिनके कारण ग्रंथ का भाषान्तर करना कठिन काम हो गया है । Kautilya Arthshastra PDF, कौटिल्य अर्थशास्त्र संस्कृत हिंदी PDF, कौटिल्य अर्थशास्त्र हिंदी PDF, कौटिल्य अर्थशास्त्र हिंदी pdf download, Kautilya Arthshastra free download book.
