इस पाश्वतनशील संसार चक्र पर अवस्थित प्रत्येक का परिवर्तन अवमानी है, यह निविवाद सिद्ध है। अतितात्मक पर्थ इस जगतीतल में कोई भी नहीं खदवासुर, मानुषादि से वृक्षत्रीरुधादि पर्यंत समस्त
काचर भ्रमात्मक है। प्रत्येक द्विजाति सम्मान में यह श्रत स्मरण करते । यथा - "घाता यथा पूत्र मह" अज्ञात देश हाल में समुत्यन्न प्रातः स्मरणीय पुराज आप्त महरियों ने त्रिकाल में इसी परिवर्तन-क्रम को सदा ध्यान रखने की सदाज्ञादी है। अब कहिये; आपको आगे क्या सोचना है ? उसी प्रकृति चक्र में पड़कर क्या हमारी आयुर्वेदीय चिकित्सा प्रणाली निर्वाध रह सकती ? तात्पयें यह भी मुक्त नहीं रह सकी। ठीक ऐसे ही अवसर में अल्पज्ञ किंतु स्वार्थ साधन-पटु बैंद्य नामधारियों ने पूर्वाचार्य कथित सदुपदेशों का दुरुपयोग किया, योग्य साधनों के अभाव से आयुवद का यथाथ ज्ञान न होने से वे चिकित्सा कार्य में असफल होने लगे तत्र तो उनको सन्त्र ओर से स्तुति होने लगी।
