भारत में और उसके बाहर देशों में ऐसे 'शिक्षित' लोग हैं जिनके दिमाग़ों को, निरन्तर प्रांग्ल-मुस्लिम शिक्षण के द्वारा इस प्रकार खोखला कर दिया गया है कि वे विश्वास करने लगे हैं कि भारत के सभी अथवा लगभग सभी ऐतिहासिक नगर यथा दिल्ली, भागरा, जौनपुर, कन्नौज, लखनऊ, बीदर और बीजापुर धादि विदेशी मुस्लिम प्राक्रमण कारियों द्वारा बनाए-बसाए गए थे। उन लोगों की दृष्टि में, प्रफ़गा निस्तान से घबीसीनिया तक के मुस्लिम नराधमों द्वारा हजार वर्षीय लूट-खसोट और हत्याकारी प्राक्रमणों से पूर्व भारत में कुछ भी महत्त्वपूर्ण नहीं था। तथापि, वास्तविकता यह है कि विदेशी मुस्लिम प्राक्रमणकारियों ने भारतीय नगरों और भवनों को नष्ट-भ्रष्ट ही किया–निर्माण एक का भी नहीं किया।प्रतः न केवल बनारस, मथुरा धौर उज्जैन, अपितु भारत के सभी बड़े-बड़े नगरों का, पूर्व-नामांकित नगरों के समान ही एक प्रति प्राचीन हिन्दू इतिहास है।• दिल्ली ऐसे नगरों में से एक है। मीलों तक की भूमि में यहाँ वहाँ बिखरे हुए ध्वंसावशेष उन प्राचीन हिन्दू भवनों, मन्दिरों औौर राजमहलों के हैं जिनको मुस्लिम हमलों के एक हजार वर्षों में विनष्ट हो जाना पड़ा।प्रतः, भारतीय ऐतिहासिक स्थलों का भ्रमण अथवा अध्ययन करने वालों को एक सूत्र, एक सिद्धान्त स्मरण रखना चाहिए, पर्यात् वे भाज जो भी निर्मित पंश देखते हैं वह हिन्दू-मूलक है, तथा वे जो भी क्षति, बिनाश धौर सर्वनाश देखते हैं वह सब-कुछ माक्रामक मुस्लिमों का कुकृत्य है, उनका चिर्माना कुकर्म है। धन्य शब्दों में कहा जाए तो, मध्यकालीन स्थलों पर सभी निर्माण हिन्दुओंों का किया हुआ है और विध्वंस सभी मुस्लिमों का किया हुआ है। यह न केवल मध्यकालीन पुरातत्त्व का सारांश प्रस्तुत करता है, अपितु भारतीय ऐतिहासिक स्थलों की निर्दोष कुंजी भी प्रदान करता है।दिल्ली का लालकिला एक ऐसा ऐतिहासिक विशेष स्थान है जिसे देखने के लिए प्रतिदिन हजारों रुचि सम्पन्न दर्शक आते हैं। भारत के अन्य सभी ऐतिहासिक भवनों के समान ही लालकिले का निर्माण श्रेय भी मुस्लिमों को ही दिया जाता है। यह एक घोर ऐतिहासिक और पुरातस्वीय प्रांति अथवा भयंकर भूल है। यह किला, जिसका निर्माण श्रेय १७वीं शताब्दी के विदेशी मुस्लिम शासक शाहजहाँ को दिया जाता है, हिन्दुओं द्वारा पाक मणकारी मुस्लिमों के सम्मुख अपनी स्वाधीनता गँवा बैठने की घड़ी से शताब्दियों पूर्व हिन्दुओंों द्वारा बनवाया गया था।यद्यपि यह किला बाहर से भली-भांति सुरक्षित प्रतीत होता है, फिर भी इसे कम-से-कम भीतरी भाग में अत्यधिक हानि, क्षति पहुँचायी गई है। इसके बहुत सारे हिन्दू राजवंशी भाग भाज लुप्त हैं। किले की शान दार हिन्दू जल-कल व्यवस्था तोड़-फोड़ दो गयी है।भारत के अन्य महत्त्वपूर्ण ऐतिहासिक भवनों के ही समान दिल्ली के लालकिले को भी दो प्रकार की भीषण यन्त्रणाएँ सहनी पड़ी हैं, अर्थात् यद्यपि यह हिन्दू-मूलक है, फिर भी इस रचना को अंधाधुन्ध एक विदेशी शाहजहाँ द्वारा निर्मित कहा जा रहा है, और दूसरी बात यह है कि किसी भी मुस्लिम व्यक्ति द्वारा निर्मित होने की बात तो दूर, लालकिले को तो मुस्लिम पाक्रमणकारियों और अपहरणकर्ताओं की पीढ़ियों ने बुरी तरह लूटा-खसोटा, क्षतिग्रस्त और ध्वस्त किया था।
