Because at the same time it was under the control of England. But there is no complete and accurate history of Ireland before the eighteenth century. The concept of nationalism first arose in the Irish people in the eighteenth century and since then writers have written a very accurate history of it. In this book the same brief political history, the description of the Irish people's movement for independence and an elemental discussion have been made in relation to them, and politically a comparison of Ireland and India has been made. The history of the Irish people can be in some respects a metaphor for the Indians. That is why in the year 1909, Shriyukta Narasimha Chintamani Kelkar, a well-known patriot and calligrapher, had published the first few articles in this regard in fourteen issues in his letter Marathi Kesari and after making some changes in it and changing the articles according to less goodness, he got them printed as a book. The present book is a translation of that.

आयर्लैण्ड का इतिहास डेढ़ दो हजार वर्षका है; परन्तु भारतवासियोंके लिए अधिक शिक्षाप्रद उसका बारहवीं शताब्दीसे इधरका इतिहास ही है । क्यों कि उसी समय उस पर इंग्लैण्डका अधिकार हुआ था। लेकिन अठारहवीं शताब्दी से पहलेका आयर्लैण्ड का पूरा और ठीक इतिहास मिलता ही नहीं । पहले पहल अठारहवीं शताब्दीमें ही आयरिश लोगोंमें राष्ट्रीयताकी कल्पनाका उदय हुआ था और तभीसे लेखकोंने उसका ठीक ठीक इतिहास लिखा है। इस पुस्तकमें वही संक्षिप्त राजकीय इतिहास, आयरिश लोगोंके स्वतंत्रता सम्बन्धी आन्दोलनका वर्णन और उनके सम्बन्धमें तात्त्विक विवेचन किया गया है और राजनीतिक दृष्टि से आयर्लेण्ड और हिन्दुस्तानकी तुलना की गई है। आयरिश लोगोंका इतिहास कुछ विषयों में भारतवासियोंके लिए उपमान स्वरूप हो सकता है । इसी लिए सन् १९०९ में सुप्रसिद्ध देशभक्त और सुलेखक श्रीयुक्त नरसिंह चिन्तामणि केलकरने अपने पत्र मराठी केसरी में इस सम्बन्धमें पहले कुछ लेख चौदह अंकोंमें प्रकाशित किये थे और उसीमें कुछ परिवर्तन करके तथा लेखोंका कम सुभीतेके अनुसार बदल कर पीछे उन्हें पुस्तकाकार छपवाया था। प्रस्तुत पुस्तक उसीका अनुवाद है। Ireland Ka Itihas, History of Ireland Book, आयर्लैण्ड का इतिहास PDF Free download, आयर्लैण्ड का इतिहास PDF किताब, आयर्लैण्ड का इतिहास PDF, आयर्लैण्ड का इतिहास बुक फ्री डाउनलोड, Ireland Ka Itihas PDF Download Free.
