Shriramcharitmanas is a classical book. By reading and meditating on this holy book, one can easily get well-being. Each of its Doha, Chaupai, Sortha and Chhand is a great mantra. What is there to say in the context of Sunderkand? Although the entire Shri Ramcharitmanas is beautiful, but its Sundarkand is very beautiful. Just as Viratparva is the best part of Mahabharata, similarly Sundarkand is the best part in Shri Ramcharitmanas. Explaining the reason for its superiority, it has been said - 'Sundare Sundaro Ram: Sundare Sundari Katha'. Beautiful beautiful Sita beautiful Kinna Sundaram ॥' That is, Shri Ram is beautiful in Sunderkand, the story is beautiful, Sita is beautiful. What is not beautiful in beautiful. Apart from this, it has the holy character of Hanumanji, who is a dream tree for the devotees.

One thing is undisputed that Sundarkand's devotees perform rituals, which fulfill their every wish. Second thing, the combination of spirituality and mysticism is visible in Sundarkand's story, nature and behavior of the characters.

With the aim of acquainting the readers with the eternal features of Sunderkand, many editions of it have been published from Geetapress. In this edition, with a view to facilitate the readers to do pure recitation in the form of rituals, Shri Jankinathji's Aarti and Parayan-Vidhi have been given in the beginning, so that readers can do pure recitation with invocation, trust and meditation.

Devotees believe that the readers of Sunderkand should start with couplet number 29 of Kishkindha-kand. Therefore, couplet number 29 of Kishkindha Kanda has been given before Sundarkand. The special importance of reciting with meaning has been explained, therefore Sundarkand with meaning and Hanumanchalisa, Sankatmochan Hanumanashtak, Ramayanji's Aarti, Hanumanji's Aarti and Shri Ramstuti have been given in it along with the original reader.

सुन्दरकाण्ड (श्रीरामचरितमानस) पुस्तक के कुछ अंश

श्रीरामचरितमानस एक प्रासादिक ग्रन्थ है । इस पवित्र ग्रन्थके पठन- पाठन और मननसे मनुष्यका सहज ही कल्याण होता है। इसका प्रत्येक दोहा, चौपाई, सोरठा तथा छन्द महामन्त्र है । सुन्दरकाण्डके संदर्भमें तो कहना ही क्या है ? यद्यपि सम्पूर्ण श्रीरामचरितमानस ही मनोहर है, किन्तु इसका सुन्दरकाण्ड अत्यन्त ही मनोहर है। जिस प्रकार महाभारतका विराटपर्व सर्वश्रेष्ठ अंश है, उसी प्रकार श्रीरामचरितमानसमें सुन्दरकाण्ड सर्वश्रेष्ठ अंश है। इसके श्रेष्ठताका कारण बताते हुए कहा गया है - ' सुन्दरे सुन्दरो रामः सुन्दरे सुन्दरी कथा । सुन्दरे सुन्दरी सीता सुन्दरे किन्न सुन्दरम् ॥' अर्थात् सुन्दरकाण्डमें श्रीराम सुन्दर हैं, कथा सुन्दर है, सीता सुन्दर हैं। सुन्दरमें क्या सुन्दर नहीं है। इसके अतिरिक्त इसमें हनुमान्जीका पावन - चरित्र है जो भक्तोंके लिये कल्पवृक्ष है।

एक बात निर्विवाद है कि सुन्दरकाण्डका श्रद्धालुजन अनुष्ठान करते है, जिससे उनकी प्रत्येक मनोकामना पूर्ण होती है। दूसरी बात सुन्दरकाण्डकी कथा, पात्रोंके स्वभाव और आचरण आदिमें आध्यात्मिकता तथा रहस्यात्मकताका मणिकाञ्चन-संयोग दिखायी पड़ता है।

सुन्दरकाण्डकी अनन्त विशेषताओंसे पाठकोंको परिचित करानेके उद्देश्यसे गीताप्रेससे इसके कई संस्करण प्रकाशित किये गये हैं। इस संस्करणमें पाठकोंको अनुष्ठानके रूपमें शुद्ध पाठ करनेकी सुविधा प्रदान करनेकी दृष्टिसे प्रारम्भमें श्रीजानकीनाथजीकी आरती और पारायण - विधि दी गयी हैं, जिससे पाठक आवाहन, न्यास तथा ध्यानके साथ शुद्ध पाठ कर सकें ।

भक्तों की मान्यता है कि सुन्दरकाण्डके पाठकका प्रारम्भ किष्किन्धा- काण्डके दोहा संख्या - २९ से करना चाहिये । अतः सुन्दरकाण्डके पूर्व किष्किन्धाकाण्डका दोहा संख्या २९ दिया गया है। अर्थसहित पाठ करनेकी विशेष महत्ता बतायी गयी है, इसलिये इसमें मूल पाठके साथ अर्थसहित सुन्दरकाण्ड और अन्तमें हनुमानचालीसा, संकटमोचन हनुमानाष्टक, रामायणजीकी आरती, हनुमान्जीकी आरती एवं श्रीरामस्तुति दी गयी है ।

You must be aware that at present, there is so much reversal in arts and education, through which the learned and wealthy men of every free state are getting many kinds of pleasures. Not only this, the kings of the country are also taking many measures to make their subjects well-educated and wealthy. You should consider this carefully that there will be no such country except one India, whose people do not have patriotism, affection for the motherland, unity and fraternity towards the country, this unfortunate India is the only country whose residents This history has filled such a feeling in the mind that neither India is ours nor we belong to India. Due to these feelings, we cannot progress even if all the things of progress are present in this vast India. There can be six types of people in every country, the rich and the poor, the learned and the foolish, the happy and the sad, among them the poor, the foolish and the sad, all these three cannot save the country, the happy people think about the idea of ​​national salvation in front of their luxury. Do so why? Being proud of their wealth, the rich men consider their soul and country to be quoted by generating interest from foreign companies and poor countrymen. Now the scholars are there, they can definitely save the country, but without the help of money, they keep thinking by keeping their hands on their cheeks. In such a situation it is difficult to save the country. Exactly the same condition is happening to our India. It is a natural rule that the progress of a substance is not understood by the growth of one part of a substance, just as the progress of a human body is not understood by the growth of any part of a human being (hands, legs, etc.), rather its deformity is considered and if If every part of a man becomes strong, he will become very visible. According to this rule, the salvation of India depends on the progress of every Indian subject.

Dear friends! I want to attract your mind towards that progress by which the progress of the whole world will prove itself. Well what is his name? Take it's name is "Arogyonnati" A Persian poet has said that 'Ek Tandrusti Hajar Nizamat' without health promotion you cannot make any kind of progress. Because the root of all progress is health promotion, it is written in Charak that-

धमार्थकमोक्षानामारोग्यं मूलमुत्तमम् ॥

That is, the best root of Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha is health. It is the duty of every Indian subject to study and teach Ayurveda and to propagate or get Ayurvedic medicines done to know for what reasons health can be improved. And those gentlemen who think that when European medicines are being promoted in our Safakhanas, then what is the need of promoting Ayurvedic medicines? Because we don't have to make kwath (decoction), nor do we have to grind powder, nor do we have to do any other kind of hard work, so why should we leave this simple method and follow this painful method? We humbly request those good men that O decent men! When can it be possible that God would create us in India and produce our useful substances in Europe, affirming this, Maharishi Agniveshji Maharaj writes in Charak Samhita.

पारदसंहिता पुस्तक के कुछ अंश

इस समय महात्माओं, विद्वान् वैद्यों और गृहस्थों से प्रार्थना की जाती है कि वे मेरे इस तुच्छ लेख पर एक बार अवश्य दृष्टि दें। सज्जनो! इस बात को आप अवश्य ही जानते हैं कि वर्तमान समय में कला और विद्याओं में कितना उलट फेर हो रहा है, जिसके द्वारा प्रत्येक स्वतन्त्र राज्य के विद्वान् और धनाढ्य पुरुष अनेक प्रकार के सुख पा रहे हैं। इतना ही नहीं, देश के राजालोग भी अपनी २ प्रजा को सुशिक्षित और धनी बनाने के लिये अनेक २ उपाय कर रहे हैं। आप इसको ध्यानपूर्वक विचार देखिये कि एक भारतवर्ष के अतिरिक्त ऐसा कोई भी देश न होगा, जिस देश के मनुष्यों में स्वदेशाभिमान, मातृभूमि पर वत्सलता, , ऐक्य और स्वदेश के प्रति भ्रातृभाव न हो, केवल यही हतभाग्य हिन्दुस्तान ही एक ऐसा देश है कि जिसके निवासियों के मस्तिष्क में इस हिस्ट्री ने ऐसा भाव भर दिया है कि न भारतवर्ष हमारा और न हम भारतवर्ष के। हम इन्हीं भावों के कारण इस विशालभारतवर्ष में उन्नति के समस्त पदार्थों के उपस्थित रहने पर भी अपनी उन्नति नहीं कर सकते। प्रत्यके देश में छः ६ प्रकार की प्रजा हो सकती है, धनाढ्य और दरिद्री, विद्वान्, और मूर्ख, सुखी और दुःखी इनमें दरिद्री, मूर्ख और दुःखी ये तीनों ही देश का उद्धार कर ही नहीं सकते, विचारे सुखीजन अपनी विलासता के सामने देशोद्धार का विचार करें सो क्यों? अपने धन से गर्वित होकर धनाढ्य पुरुष विदेशीय कम्पनियों तथा दरिद्री देशीभाइयों द्वारा व्याज पैदा कर अपनी आत्मा तथा देश को उद्धृत समझते हैं। अब रहे विद्वान् वह अवश्य देश का उद्धार कर सकते है परन्तु द्रव्य की सहायता के बिना अपने गाल पर हाथ रखकर विचारते ही रहते हैं। ऐसी अवस्था में देश का उद्धार होना कठिन है। ठीक यही दशा हमारे भारतवर्ष की हो रही है। यह प्राकृतिक नियम है कि किसी पदार्थ के एक अवयव की वृद्धि से उसकी उन्नति नहीं समझी जाती, जैसे मनुष्य के किसी अंश (हाथ पैर आदि ) की वृद्धि से मनुष्य के शरीर की उन्नति नहीं समझी जाती, प्रत्युत उसकी विकृतावस्था ही समझी जाती है और यदि मनुष्य का प्रत्येक अंग पुष्ट होता जाय तो वह अत्यन्त दर्शनीय हो जायगा। इसी नियम के अनुसार भारतवर्ष का उद्धार प्रत्येक भारतीय प्रजा की उन्नति पर निर्भर है।

प्रियबन्धुगणों! मैं आपके चित्त को उस उन्नति की और आकर्षित करना चाहता हूं कि जिससे संसारभर की उन्नतियां स्वयं सिद्ध हो जायेंगी। भला उसका नाम क्या है ? लीजिये उसका नाम है "आरोग्योन्नति" एक फारसी के कवि का कथन है कि 'एक तन्दुरुस्ती हजार निजामत' बिना आरोग्योन्नति के आप किसी प्रकार की उन्नति नहीं कर सकते। क्योंकि समस्त उन्नतियों की जड़ आरोग्योन्नति है इसी को चरक में लिखा है कि-

धमार्थकाममोक्षाणामारोग्यं मूलमुत्तमम् ॥

अर्थात् धर्म, अर्थ, काम और मोक्ष इनकी उत्तम जड़ आरोग्य है। किन किन कारणों से आरोग्योन्नति हो सकती है इसके जानने के लिये आयुर्वेदशास्त्र का पढ़ना पढ़ाना तथा आयुर्वेदीय औषधों का प्रचार करना या कराना प्रत्येक भारतीय प्रजा का कर्तव्य है। और जिन सज्जनों का ऐसा विचार है कि जब हमारे यहां सफाखानों में यूरोपियन दवाओं का प्रचार हो रहा है तो आयुर्वेदीय दवाओं के प्रचार की क्या आवश्यकता है ? क्योंकि हमको न क्वाथ (काढ़ा) बनाना पड़ता न चूरन कूटना पड़ता और न अन्य किसी प्रकार का परिश्रम ही करना पड़ता, तो भला आप ही बताइयेगा कि हम इस सरल प्रणाली को छोड़कर इस दुःखद चिकित्साप्रणाली का अनुसरण करें सो क्यों ? उन सत्पुरुषों से हम सविनय प्रार्थना करते हैं कि ऐ सभ्यपुरुषों ! कब सम्भव हो सकता है कि ईश्वर हमको भारतवर्ष में उत्पन्न कर हमारे उपयोगी पदार्थों को युरोप में पैदा करता, इसी बात को पुष्ट करते हुए महर्षि अग्निवेशजी महाराज चरकसंहिता में लिखते हैं
