Seeing the need, Motilal Banarasi Haas did industry for its Hindi translation. It was some time that he wrote this work to be known. I have been studying this book for many years and I was preparing a dictionary by choosing its definitions. Till this time four thousand five thousand words have been selected in the dictionary. With the help of this dictionary in Hindi translation, I was saved from many mistakes in which Dr. Sham Shastri spread from place to place. Take only the words Mool and Pal. In the Smritis, the words Maul and Pal are for the migrant Kedar and Gopal. Kautilya also behaved in these wordy meanings, but Dr. Sham Shastri has put forward the compound meaning of goods and made it old or hereditary meaning. Similarly, in Mrity Bhaniya, he has changed the meaning of the organ case to the protector rather than the Gopal meaning of Pal. There are thousands of definitional words like decay, expenditure, asar, spread, slaughter, session, parigha, chakrachar, nightcharan, udkacharan, nature parking etc., due to which it has become difficult to interpret the text.

कौटिल्य अर्थशास्त्र इतना कठिन ग्रंथ है और उसमें इतने अधिक प्रचलित पारिभाषिक शब्द है कि इसके भाषान्तर भूल तो अपवाद न होकर नियम बनगई है। मोती लाल बनारसी हास ने आवश्यकता को देखकर इसके हिन्दी भाषान्तर के लिये उद्योग किया। कुछ समय हुआ कि उन्होंने इस काम को हाथम जने के लिये लिखा। मैं कई वर्षों से इस ग्रंथ का अध्ययन कर रहा या और इसके पारिभाषिक शब्दों को चुनकर एक कोश तैय्यार कर रहा था। कोश में इस समय तक चार हजार पांच हजार शब्द चुने जा चुके हैं। हिन्दी भाषान्तर में इस कोश के सहारे मैं कई भूलों से बच गया जिनले डाक्टर शाम शास्त्री स्थान स्थान पर फैल गये । स्वरूप मोल तथा पाल शब्द ही लीजिये। स्मृतियों में मौल तथा पाल शब्द प्रवासी केदार तथा गोपाल के लिये या है। कौटिल्य ने भी इन शब्देसी अर्थ में व्यवहार किया परंतु डाक्टर शाम शास्त्री ने माल का यौगिक अर्थ सामने रख पुराना या वंशागत अर्थ कर दिया है। इसी प्रकार मृत्य भरणीय में उन्होंने पाल का गोपाल अर्थ न कर अंग प्रकरण रक्षक अर्थ कर दिया है। क्षय, व्यय, आसार, प्रसार, वीवध, सत्र, परिघ, चक्रचर, रात्रिचरण, उदकचरण, प्रकृति पार्किंग आदि हजारों पारिभाषिक शब्द हैं जिनके कारण ग्रंथ का भाषान्तर करना कठिन काम हो गया है । Kautilya Arthshastra PDF, कौटिल्य अर्थशास्त्र संस्कृत हिंदी PDF, कौटिल्य अर्थशास्त्र हिंदी PDF, कौटिल्य अर्थशास्त्र हिंदी pdf download, Kautilya Arthshastra free download book.

This committee was organized and approved by the general subjects (Vishah). By him the king was elected. It was so important that it is said to be mandatory for everyone to attend (Rigveda 10|173.1; Atharvaveda 6871). From the political point of view, this public institution also had another importance; Because through him, apart from the king, the polity was also run. This is the reason that in Rigveda (10/161/3) good wishes have been expressed for his policy and advice. The elected king was required to attend every meeting of the 'Committee'

प्राचीन भारत में शासन व्यवस्था के परिचालन के लिए आज की भांति सभायें तथा समितियाँ नियुक्त होती थीं। उदाहरण के लिए प्रौढ़ की राजसभा, जनता की सार्वजनिक सभा, व्यापारियों तथा व्यवसायियों का मण्डल ( पूग ), राज्यों का 'संघ' और कुटुम्बों ( कुलों ) की ग्रामसभायें। ये ही सभायें कानून बनातीं तथा उसको जनता में क्रियान्वित करती थीं। इन सभाओं का प्रमुख कार्य जनता का प्रतिनिधित्व करना और राजा के निर्वाचन तथा सार्वजनिक भलाई के लिए अपनी राय देना था। कौटिल्य के 'अर्थशास्त्र' में सभा : समिति की गंभीर व्याख्या की गयी है ।

यदि हम सभा : समिति के इतिहास की खोज करते हैं तो उसके बीज हमें मानव सभ्यता के मूल में बिखरे दिखायी देते हैं। मनुष्य की उदयवेला से ही उसके इतिहास का आरम्भ होता है । वैदिक साहित्य के अध्ययन से हमें विदित होता है कि उस समय राष्ट्रीय जीवन सम्बन्धी सार्वजनिक कार्यों को संपन्न करने के लिए समिति की व्यवस्था थी । यह समिति सर्वसाधारण प्रजाजनों ( विश: ) द्वारा आयोजित तथा स्वीकृत होती थी। उसी के द्वारा राजा का चुनाव होता था। वह इतनी महत्त्वपूर्ण थी कि उसमें सभी लोगों का उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य बताया गया है (ऋग्वेद १० | १७३।१; अथर्ववेद ६८७१) । राजनीतिक दृष्टि से इस लोकसंस्था का दूसरा भी महत्त्व था; क्योंकि उसी के द्वारा राजा के अतिरिक्त राजव्यवस्था का भी संचालन होता था। यही कारण है कि ऋग्वेद ( १०/१६१/३ ) में उसकी नीति तथा मंत्रणा के लिए शुभकामना प्रकट की गयी है। निर्वाचित राजा के लिए 'समिति' की प्रत्येक बैठक में उपस्थित होना आवश्यक था Chanakya NITI evam kautilya arthashastra PDF, तंत्र सिंधु PDF Free download, अर्थशास्त्र पुस्तक PDF, कौटिल्य का अर्थशास्त्र PDF, Arthasastra Of Kautilya And The Canakya Sutra.

ANo authentic history of our country has come out in any Indian language. If Indian scholars cooperate with each other, then a detailed history (in the style of Cambridge History of India) can be written in native languages. Hindi Sahitya Sammelan had decided to write a good history in Hindi, but till now this work has not been started. Until such an opportunity comes, it is possible to write independent books on different passages of Indian history.

The minister believes it to be written by Chanakya. If the words of Dr. Jolie are to be accepted, the help of economics cannot be taken in writing the history of the Maurya period. Dr. Jolie also does not consider the description of Megasthenes to be very authentic. He says that Megasthenes had placed a fictitious picture of Indian society in front of his countrymen. Jolie Monsieur describes the character and living conditions of Indians as contrary to the situation in many places. According to his opinion, we do not have any good means of writing the history of Chandragupta Maurya

In such a situation the work of the writer becomes even more difficult. The author does not claim that he has established any independent opinion after thoroughly studying all the material of the history of the Mauryan period. The author has written this book on the basis of English books related to the history of Maurya period. He has mentioned the opinion which is prevailing on various questions, out of which the author is rightly elevated. There is no doubt that in Appendix Economics. A summary of the controversy has been given, but it would have been better if this controversy had been briefly mentioned in the book as well..

अपने देश का कोई प्रामाणिक इतिहास किसी भारतीय भाषा में नहीं निकला है। यदि भारतीय विद्वान् परस्पर सहयोग करें तो एक विस्तृत इतिहास ( Cambridge History of India के ढंग का ) देशी भाषायों में लिखा जा सकता है। हिंदी साहित्य सम्मेलन ने हिंदी में एक अच्छा इतिहास लिखाने का निश्चय किया था, पर अभी तक इस कार्य का आरंभ नहीं हो सका है। जब तक ऐसा सुयोग नहीं आता, तब तक भारतीय इतिहास के भिन्न भिन्न परिच्छेदों पर स्वतंत्र पुस्तकें लिखा जाना ही संभव है

मंत्री चाणक्य का लिखा हुआ मानते हैं। यदि डॉक्टर जोली की बात मान ली जाय तो मौर्य काल का इतिहास लिखने में अर्थशास्त्र की सहायता नहीं ली जा सकती। डाक्टर जोली मेगास्थनीज के वर्णन को भी बहुत प्रामाणिक नहीं मानते । उनका कहना है कि मेगास्थनीज ने अपने देशवासियों के सम्मुख भारतीय समाज का एक कल्पित चित्र रखा था । भारतीयों के चरित्र तथा रहन सहन का जो वर्णन उसने किया है, उसको जोली महाशय कई स्थलों में वस्तुस्थिति के विप रीत बतलाते हैं। इनके मत के अनुसार तो चद्रगुप्त मौर्य का इतिहास लिखने का कोई अच्छा साधन हमारे पास रह ही नहीं जाता ।

ऐसी अवस्था मे लेखक का कार्य और भी कठिन हो जाता है । लेखक का यह दावा नहीं है कि उन्होंने मौर्य काल के इतिहास की सारी सामग्री का अच्छी तरह अध्ययन करन कोई स्वतंत्र मत स्थिर किया है । लेखक ने मौर्य काल के इतिहास से संबंध रखनेवाली अँगरेज़ो पुस्तकों के आधार पर ही यह पुस्तक लिखी है । विविध प्रश्नों पर जो मत प्रचलित हैं, उनमें से जो लेखक को ठीक ऊँचा, उसी मत का उल्लेख उन्होंने किया है। इसमें संदेह नहीं कि परिशिष्ट मे अर्थशास्त्र . संबंधी विवाद का सारांश दिया गया है, पर अधिक अच्छा होता यदि पुस्तक में भी इस विवाद का संक्षेप में उल्लेख कर दिया गया होता।।

In Kautilya's Arthashastra, Puranas, Itibuts, Akhayikas, Examples, Dharmashastras, and Arthashastra have been considered as history. Later on, Mahabharata was also added to it. Every nation and caste has a history in which its rise and fall are accounted for. Through this history, a country or caste keeps itself safe from future evils. Thus history acts as a guide. Heroes like Abhimanyu and Shivaji were taught this since childhood. That is why a scholar named Koli states that History is the first thing that should be given to children in order to form their hearts and understanding. During the study, I came to know that in the published histories of Chahman Chauhan Chandel, Kalchuri Parmar, and Gurjar Pratihars, their imperial era has been discussed in detail, but their later history has been completely disregarded. The same fact came to the fore in relation to Pratihar Parihar, the first book to throw light on history, which was written by Shri Krishna Singh in V.C. [1956 11899 AD]. This book was published from Jodhpur. After that Munshi Devi Prasad published the book. It was printed from Granyapur in 1911 (1854 AD). As far as possible, scattered material related to the history and culture of Pratihars has been collected in the present book. We hope that scholars interested in Pratihar history and Sudhi readers will benefit from this.

इतिहास शब्द इति इह आसीत से बना है, जिसका अर्थ है ऐसा हुआ। कौटिल्य के अर्थशास्त्र में पुराण, इतिबूत, आख्यायिका, उदाहरण, धर्मशास्त्र और अर्थशास्त्र को इतिहास माना गया है। कालान्तर में इसमें महाभारत भी जोड़ दिया गया। इसी प्रकार प्राचीन भारत में महाभारत, पुराण, धर्मशास्त्र आदि के रूप में इतिहास को इतना सरल और रुचिकर बनाया गया था कि प्राया सभी लोग उपर्युक्त ग्रन्थों का न्यूनाधिक ज्ञान रखते थे। भारत में आज भी पुराण और महाभारत सुनने की परम्परा अनवरत रूप से प्रचलित है। सुधी जन भागवतपुराण आदि का वाचन रुचिपूर्वक सुनते हैं। कुछ समय पहले तक यह सन्देह व्यक्त किया जाता था कि पुराणों में वर्णित पटनाएं यहीं नहीं है। उदाहरण के लिए भागवतपुराण में लिखा है कि कृष्ण की द्वारका समुद्र में इस गई थी। इस घटना पर अधिकांश लोग विश्वास नहीं करते थे। किन्तु जब से श्री एस०आर० राथ ने अरब सागर में डूबी द्वारा खोज ली है, तब से पुराणों में वर्णित घटनाओं पर विश्वास किया जाने लगा है।

प्रत्येक देश और जाति का इतिहास होता है जिसमें उसके उत्कर्ष और अपक का लेखा-जोखा होता है। इसी इतिहास के माध्यम से कोई देश अथवा जाति भविष्य में आने वाली बुराइयों से स्वयं को सुरक्षित रखती है। इस प्रकार इतिहास पथ प्रदर्शक का काम करता है। अभिमन्यु और शिवाजी जैसे वीरों को बचपन से ही इसकी शिक्षा दी गई थी। इसीलिए कोली नामक विद्वान का कथन है कि History is the first thing that should be given to children in order to form their hearts and understanding"इतिहास में प्रारम्भ से ही मेरी रुचि रही है।  प्रतीहारों के इतिहास की विस्तृत जानकारी प्राप्त करने के लिए मेरी तीव्र लालसा जाग उठी। अध्ययन के दौरान मुझे ज्ञात हुआ कि चाहमान चौहान चन्देल, कलचुरि परमार और गुर्जर प्रतीहारों के जो इतिहास प्रकाशित हैं उनमें उनके साम्राज्यवादी युग की तो विस्तारपूर्वक चर्चा की गई है, किन्तु उनके परवर्ती इतिहास की पूर्णतया अवहेलना की गई है। गुर्जर प्रतिहारों के सम्बन्ध में भी यही तथ्य सामने आया प्रतीहार परिहार इतिहास पर प्रकाश डाल वाला पहला ग्रन्य मंश मास्कर है जिसे श्री कृष्णा सिंह ने वि० स० [1956 11899 ई०) में लिखा था। यह ग्रंथ जोधपुर से प्रकाशित हुआ। तत्पश्चात् मुंशी देवी प्रसाद ने प्रकाश की रचना की। यह ग्रन्यापुर से 1911 (1854 ई०) में छपा।जहाँ तक संभव हो सका है प्रस्तुत ग्रंथ में प्रतीहारों के इतिहास और संस्कृति सम्बन्धी बिखरी सामग्री एकत्र कर दी गई है। हमें आशा है कि प्रतीहार इतिहास में रुचि रखने वाले विद्वान और सुधी पाठक इससे लाभान्वित होंगे।Pratihar Rajputo Ka Itihas Pdf Download free, प्रतिहार राजपूतों का इतिहास पीडीऍफ़ डाउनलोड करें , Books By Singh, Ramlakhan, Singh, Ramlakhan की किताबें डाउनलोड करें , Pratihar Rajputo Ka Itihas book in hindi free download, प्रतिहार राजपूतों का इतिहासहिंदी में डाउनलोड करें फ्री
